Aleema is a creative producer and audience development specialist who is passionate about nurturing authentic engagement between organisations and audiences.
With over 14 years’ experience, Aleema has worked across all levels of government (local, state and federal), independent arts organisations, community groups and universities.
Aleema has extensive experience leading the creative development and implementation of diverse audience development initiatives spanning cultural development projects, community art projects, placemaking, creative commissions, public programs, exhibitions and digital content.
Aleema’s professional experience is underpinned by qualifications including a Masters of Arts and Design Education where her research focused on creating meaningful engagement opportunities for young people in Museums, along with a Bachelor of Business (Advertising) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (Fashion).
